Shipping policy

1. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Destinations We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and all other emirates).
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
- Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
4. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order through our courier's website.
5. Delays We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable).
