Return & Refund Policy

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Products with broken seals or missing accessories
  • Sale/clearance items

How to Request a Return Contact us at plugxtend@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges We only replace items that are defective or damaged. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item with photo evidence.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
